We deal with the Loss Adjuster on your behalf
Following the reporting of a new claim, your insurers will appoint a Loss Adjuster to act on their behalf. The main role of the Loss Adjuster is to minimise the cost to the insurers by reducing the size of the settlement you receive. They act on behalf of the insurance company, not the policy holder.
